Happy Mother's Day

Mother's Day first came to be centuries ago. Here in the US the rise and fall of it, as well as the dates designating the celebration months of May to even July 4th changed frequently. By the 1900's it was observed world wide, and adopted across some 40 countries.

In the US it is more of secular human values and commercialized holiday, whereas in other countries it is symbolic and has a religious significance. We normally take part in festivities to honor our mom's on this day of celebration with flowers, chocolates, dinners and cards... while for some mother's who have lost their child, take this day to protest against war.

However we choose to celebrate this day, remember do it in love, and honor the ones who brought us to this world of being! Loved us unconditionally... many times without asking anything in return.. Happy Mother's Day to us all!
